2. What payment method can I use?

3. What is the cancellation policy?
You will receive a text reminder about your cleaning night before scheduled appointment.
You can cancel or request re-schedule before 8 pm day prior to cleaning without penalty.
Cancellation requests received after 8 pm will require $30 fee.
If we are unable to perform cleaning once we arrive at your place you will be required to pay full cleaning fee.
4. What if I have a special request?
Depending on the request, we require one week notice. For example, if you need inside of the refrigerator cleaned or inside of the oven.
Special requests are at extra charge. Inside of fridge and oven are $30 each.
5. Do you do laundry?
Unfortunately, we do not provide laundry services or organizing services.
6. Is the same person going to clean my place?
We try our best to make sure same person visits your home. Occasionally we might have to switch technicians due to vacations times and sick days.
7. Do you provide move out/ move in cleaning?
Yes, we provide move in/ move out services
8. What happens if technician breaks an item?
If an item gets damaged, you will find a note on your kitchen counter informing you about the accident. Damaged item (if possible) will also be placed on the counter. We will replace or reimburse you for broken items.
Please inform us prior to initial cleaning if any items are insecure, fragile or already partially damaged. It helps us to be more cautions.
